Parc East Apartments

I’ve been living here for a couple of months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The apartment complex has been a great place to call home — it’s comfortable, well-kept, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Priscilla, who has done an absolutely amazing job from the very beginning. She’s been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind, always going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel supported. Her dedication truly makes a difference, and it’s one of the main reasons I’ve enjoyed my experience here so much. I’m really glad I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to others.

A very convenient area for me and my family. The leasing process was quick and easy and Priscilla did a great job walking us through the process so it made the whole thing better overall. Priscilla and her team were very welcoming and friendly and made the whole experience very enjoyable!

I have lived in the Parc East Apartment Homes since April 2016 and i truly can't see being any place else, I feel safe and comfortable here, the management team Priscilla & Tia don't treat their tenant's like just an apartment number, you are always greeted by name and pleasant conversation. I'm glad Covid-19 is winding down and friendly communication resume I love the views around the complex and the landscape is always well kept, no wonder the waiting list for renters is so long people constantly ask "Do your apartments have any vacancies?" . I thought I was was going to have to sell my washer and dryer when moving in i was. so glad when I learned all apartments have washer and dryer connections. I have been a tenant at Parc East Apartment's since 2016. I started out on the third floor in building 1, then living a short time on the second floor. Now I am on the first floor in building 2 I still love living here I truly loved my second floor apartment but due to health reasons I had to relocate to a first floor which was a huge change for me I did lose a lot of storage space however it's still a great place to live. I've been so blessed to have a great management team Dora, Tia and Doris and maintenance workers response to any service requests that you have in due time when notified.

My husband and I recently moved in and have had nothing but wonderful interactions with management, Priscilla and Maria. All of our concerns or maintenance issues are addressed and resolved immediately. We are always treated with kindness and respect. This amazing community along with its convenience to shopping is also very clean and quiet. We highly recommend.
