Parc at Pooler Apartments

If I could give zero stars, I would. I applied for this property in December 2025. During the unit showing, Vanessa showed me an apartment that had roaches throughout the closet. I immediately brought this to her attention, and she responded that she would place the unit on a monthly spraying schedule until I advised her to stop. This was my first major concern. The second issue was the application process, which took nearly two weeks for approval. This delay prevented me from pursuing other relocation options. In an attempt to expedite the process, I was required to pay an additional $99 fee. Due to these ongoing issues and unprofessional experiences, I ultimately decided to cancel the application. Parc at Pooler Apartments provided no communication when I was having problems dealing with ApproveShield and their inability to keep up with documents or their lack of basic understanding on how to read a paystub (Paystub from an employer that’s part of the apartment’s “Corporate Advantage Program”). It’s certainly possible ApproveShield’s analysis is simply incompetent when they asked for the paystub after 12/05 that they already had. So I again uploaded both for 12/5 and 12/12. Only for the analysis to come back asking for the paystub prior to 12/12 (one they had literally already confirmed to have received for 12/5)… This dialogue persisted with the analysis asking for the same documents repeatedly; often after confirming they had them. Apartment workers work hard. However, the problem is that residents have no basic manners toward apartment. I live with my dog , but some of the dog owners don't clean up their poop, so there are lots of poop on the lawn. I don't understand people who take away someone's freedom for their own. Now the lawn smells like a pig's nest. Apartments should be improved with tenant supervision and penalties.

I lived at Parc at Pooler for two years and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I had a question or request. The community was well-maintained, and I never had any major issues during my time there. It was a peaceful, comfortable place to call home, and moving out was just as smooth as moving in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed apartment community in Pooler

Just moved in recently and I love Parc at Pooler. I was pretty much sold when I toured back in June due to the atmosphere and inviting staff. The leasing agents Vanessa and Leanna, are very nice and professional. My move in process was smooth. The community is beautiful and definitely worth the price. It’s also a very peaceful community as well.
