Have lived here for over 4 years and had a truly great experience. Jennifer and Shannon are wonderful and so helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. The maintenance team is prompt and always around. And the front desk staff is so friendly! Also the perfect location, walking distance to everything in downtown Stamford and easy drive to other areas. We have truly loved our time at Parallel 41!

Their service is quick and efficient, rents are fairly affordable and the amenities are very hard to beat - a spacious and well equipped gym, a pool table, a cozy yet classy lounge, a ping pong table, BBQ and tv area in the rooftop and the best of all, a movie room! We are happy residents and hope to remain so for as long as we possibly can. I have lived in another reputed apartment in Stamford but P41 is far more superior.

This apartment building is beautiful, clean, and has everything I need. Shannon and Jennifer are amazing – always helpful and friendly. So glad I moved here!

There is a homeless man that is non-stop yelling, screaming, cursing, smoking all day and all night (past 2AM) at the entrance of the building for over a week. We even woke up in the middle of night because of the noise. I even saw him walk into the apartment building at night. Even though issue was brought up to management, no response. Clearly no one cares about the noise level or safety of apartment residents.
