The living room was beautiful. The main drawback for me is no in-unit or onsite laundry. I drove around the neighborhood and didn't see a local laundry.

Paragon is a trusted partner as a property manager. My experience has been very rough before i found Paragon, i went from an owner-occupied property to then moving out, once i moved out. I lost control of the building, once i partnered with Paragon their advice and stewardship of my building has given me back control of the property and helped me in turning it back to a profit generator. I learned a valuable lesson, you cant manage a building if you are not there anymore, Paragon is a top resource for me.
