⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paragon Homes & Scott Gates Yates “Building a Dream Home Without the Stress” We’re having Paragon Homes build our new house, and we’re absolutely blown away by Scott Yates’ attention to detail and the incredible quality of his team’s work. Scott has made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. He and his team are professional, caring, and incredibly responsive — more often than not, Scott texts or replies within minutes to any question or detail we have! Everyone he’s referred us to has been wonderful to work with, and the entire project has been smooth and drama-free. The craftsmanship is outstanding — truly second to none. We couldn’t be happier or more thankful!

Beware before hiring Scott as your builder. I interacted with Scott for the better part of 2 years so I got to know his work behavior very well. Be prepared for a lack of communication and a lack of organization. I would repeatedly attempt to contact Scott via text message. For time sensitive communication After a few days of no response I would reach out via phonecall and leave a message. Maybe I received a phonecall response a week or so later. Email communication is even worse. I have examples of emails that were never responded to. He lacks the organization required to stop mistakes from occurring. I lived in CA at the time my home was being built and would routinely catch mistakes during my visits to the job site that I expected Scott to be on top off as my builder. On more t

Please beware of paying Scott before all open items are adressed. He left me with a poorly constructed driveway that has extreme variation and is already chipping significantly. Scott has been telling us for months he’d have someone come out and work to align on a remedy, but nothing has happened. He always claims his contractors are too busy. I assume if we hadn’t settled out already, those contractors would be more available. I thought Scott was above these types of tactics. Wrong.
