K1 Inspections

I had a home inspection done September 2025 the inspector was very prompt very thorough and very professional. I appreciated that he listened to all my concerns and accomplished the job in a timely manner with great attention to detail. His report was extremely thorough and helpful in that he gave explanations for not only the problem but the way it's supposed to be in regards to correction. Thank you Tim I really appreciate you. I found an unexplained wet area on my carpet and was unable to determine the issue. I contacted Tim of K1 Inspections for assistance. Tim came over to the house to investigate. He was quickly able to diagnose the source of the problem as the tiles in our shower. Using technology I wasn't even aware of, he was able to see where the water is pooling and (unfortunately for me) actually causing an issue downstairs as well. I now have infrared pictures of the wet areas along the wall from the shower as well as the damaged areas in my basement roof. He was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. Above all, he was able to clearly define the problem I face and gave advice on next steps. Based on this interaction, I highly recommend using K1 Inspections for your home inspection needs. W
