Allan was incredibly thorough, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. He's had experience as a contractor for 25+ years previously and it SHOWS. He left no stones un-turned, gave me excellent advice and really just spent the time I needed to feel comfortable and have the confidence to move forward. I've bought and sold before here in the Seattle area, but I've never felt more confident in a purchase because Allan is on my side.
