From the moment we handed over our keys in August 2024 to moving back into our brand-new home in June 2025, Ryner delivered exactly what they promised: a stunning custom build, completed on schedule and within budget. Ryner Homes has done building and remodeling work for us since 2007. This includes master bath remodel, three car garage build and full kitchen remodel. Ryner Homes LLC remodeled about 3/4. of our 3,800 sq ft house while we lived in the basement apartment. We worked with Eric and his team for about 6 months ahead of the start of construction to redesign the existing floor plan to make it more functional, select fixtures and finishes, and acquire items that needed to be ordered early to minimize delays during the construction phase. Prior to starting construction, Eric told us that they would start on June 1st, and finish by September 1st. They actually started on June 1st and we moved our furniture back into the house on September 14th. We consider that a miracle in todays construction world.
