I have been a resident at Greenwich Place for over four years, and in my experience, the property has declined every single year under Paradise Management. It has become clear to me that they prioritize profit over maintaining a safe, clean, and functional living environment. These apartments are marketed as “luxury,” yet the reality is far from it: outdated white appliances, cheap fixtures, unreliable amenities, and a call box that rarely works. The community is no longer secure! What was once a gated property now has gates that stay wide open, and anyone can walk or drive in without restriction. Zero stars should be an option because they definitely don’t deserve one start! Do not rent from this company. They only care about money and not the safety of their residents. Buildings are poorly maintained. Maintenance half fix things or will sign off on a work order stating something was fixed and in actuality, they never came to fix it. I have a work order that’s been open since the middle of May. They have a rat infestation. If I wasn’t home when pest control came out, the pest control person would come in my apartment, place a card on my counter, then leave without doing anything. Your office hours stay between 8 to 5 but they’re never open. I’ve been calling this place all day. They are so unprofessional every last one of them in the property manager the property. It’s just so unprofessional you taking money continuously taking people money for these apartments and not making them available I got so many articles from you that y’all apologizing for messing people over on their money and not even giving a deposit back you guys I’m I’m contacting a Better Business Bureau on everybody and whoever property this is should be ashamed of yourself getting these people to work for yall

I’m a responsible single mother who moved into the Gateway Apartments in West Chester 14 months ago with my 10 year old son. In that time I built a home at the Gateway for my family and I. Unfortunately management decided to renovate my unit and would not renew a lease to me, essentially leaving my son and I without a place to live. They did not offer me a similar unit to move into and were unwilling to work with me until another comparable unit opened up. Georgina and Dominique showed zero empathy, compassion, or kindness through this process. They did not seem at all concerned by losing a responsible tenant or making a family homeless after 14 short months. I would not recommend the Gateway to anyone with this current management team. Living on a paradise management property has been a nightmare to say the least The employees in the office give of the grade school teacher vib. Inconsistently regulating parking codes, fire alert malfunctions, prolonged construction, mis use of property facilities are all major issues my partnet and i have been sealong qith for more then 2yrs. This company has an overall lack of respect for people and there livelihood.
