Paper Box Lofts

I lived here for a few years and experienced 3 different managers… Current management is amazing at communicating things. I feel maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Tenant parking is no longer an issue, if you pay for a spot you have parking.

The four years I have been here this by far a great turn around to this building.Since the change in new management this building has gotten a whole lot better. Mr.Abdalla has been awesome when comes to any issues or concerns I may have. The maintenance has been great as well.

This is the absolute worst place someone can live. No one is ever in the office or pick up the phone . Very unprofessional. No good maintenance. Angelique is a property manager. Very rude . Hangs up the phone on anyone who calls . Never in her office . Does illegal things by tenants. Take people’s money and run off. Building is full of bugs, trash, and dirt. Property management is scamming people out of their money. Angie is super unprofessional she should be fired for never answering her office phone, stealing, she has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, HORRIBLE CLOTHES, HORRIBLE WIGS . I would not recommend moving here it is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary

I never even got the chance to apply to live here, but thank god for that. I called to inquire about availability and getting an application, and was immediately met with an annoyed “Hello?” I politely asked the questions I needed to, and was told that my application would “just be rejected” right after submitting it because I needed supporting documents. Really weird way to word something and extremely off-putting. I was then asked why I couldn’t just come in and grab the application, to which I said I was relocating and states away therefore I couldn’t be there in person. She then asked me “Do you have a job here or something?” and I said yes.. gave my e-mail so they could send me additional info… and then proceeded to NEVER get an e-mail. We lived at Paperbox for a year and liked many things, but overall it wasnt worth it for how expensive rent + pet + parking ended up costing. Our surface parking spot was very rarely available when we got off work even though we had to pay for it. When we got our garage spot there were always people parking in non-parking spots overnight. We did not have any issues getting anything inside the apartment fixed. Although the Manager was difficult to get in touch with, when we did catch her she was helpful.
