Terribly unprofessional, rude and is verbally abusive toward owners and board members when the owner, JM, doesn’t get his way. He acts like a toddler when he throws a temper tantrum. Doesn’t adhere to his contract, insults condominium vendors and homeowners/BOD members. Stay away from this company.

And yes, you used to manage our community. But you were fired by the board, with unanimous consent. In reply to your comment, sir, there's no mistake about it. Panhandle no longer manages our community for the below reasons: Avoid this company at all costs. Mismanagement of accounts, unprofessional, and failure to perform basic responsibilities. Thankfully, Panhandle Property Group is no longer employed by our HOA. I recently learned PPG also mismanaged other communities in the area, withholding records from HOA boards, inciting lawsuits within the community and violating Florida law. HOA's BEWARE!!! Thankfully, we fired Panhandle Property Group; however, thanks to PPG's negligence, the new management company is faced with a mess.
