Maylee helped us find our dream apartment at Panama Flats! She made the process very smooth, helping us get the amenities we wanted while still staying within our budget. I would highly recommend this apartment complex - a beautiful pool, outdoor activities, and a short walk across the road to the beach!

I recently toured an apartment near the beach with Jean Pierre, and the experience was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable during the tour. by far one of the best communities I’ve ever lived in. Everything from the initial tours, my time spent, my neighbors, and the staff was beyond amazing. I always felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful environment. Walking to the beach and watching the sunsets were def my favorite part. Welcome to paradise! Not even gonna tell y’all the rocks play music 😂. 2 years in and we still love our little slice of PCB. & storage unit. We have had some ups and downs with issues out of both or control & ive been prone to he hotheaded about some. Which are all fixed. We have a roof in bedroom that has been there since 2 months into our first lease and fortunately Jose’ and his team are ready to fix that as soon as my schedule allows. I have met wonderful neighbors and I’m happy we have new maintenance because they seem to care & want to keep this paradise problem free. Also a shout out to our lawn service peeps because they work 8 days a week and the grounds are always amazing. I don’t go in office much but thanks for coffee machine and water and snacks if we do pop in.
