Palms on 2nd Apartments

The place has changed so much in the year we've been here. With apartments being upgraded with new amazing appliances a washer dryer unit all in one. New Cabinet fixtures and just seeing the remodeling is great. We've become a gated community and its been truly wonderful to see its progress and beautiful new paint on the buildings.

I have been living here for many years. Nice place to live, nice neighbors friendly and helpful staff. And affordable clean and safe. What more could you ask for!

I live at the Royal palms and I've been here for a few years when I first moved in it was good. The management has cleaned it up greatly. When you get bugs the manager gets the bugs guys here to spray. Maintenance has been keeping the place very clean. They do have security come through the complex. There is on site maintenance here 24/7. The lawns are mowed once a week and pool cleaners come once a week to clean the pools. I would recommend Royal Palms Apartments as a great place to live.

I Have lived at Royal Palms Apartments for three years.It is affordable, large apartments. With two pools, and laundry facilities. We have seen some bad times in the past, but management and maintenance, and Tucson Police Department. Have made a huge difference. It has become a nicer place to live. Management have always gone out of their way to help me in anything I needed. Maintenance works diligently and in a timely manner to keep your apartment in working order. They are really trying to make it a great place to live. Rent here.

Going on 4 years, I have never had a single issue here. I have had no problems with roaches or any bugs. The staff have been working very hard to make this complex better by increasing security measures, constant pest control visits, crime rate is way lower then before, etc etc homeless are everywhere, drugs are everywhere, and that is NOT at the fault of the apartments!! Hailey, Mike, Manny.. all the staff here has made sure my kids & I are comfortable & living in a safe healthy environment since day one. Such respectful, kind and caring people. Great place to live & I have no plan on leaving anytime soon. Don’t listen to negative people who probably got evicted for using drugs or selling them!!! - sober mother of 3 kids.
