Palms Court Apartments

Do you like living in a never ending construction zone? Going on 8 months now...yay! Then this is the place for you! Get ready for workers setting off the fire alarm, water constantly being shut off and pool? - also no... but don't worry the "owners" take care of their tenants for making them live in unsafe living conditions - just kidding they don't. If you are looking for a place that cares, then look further..I mean a lot further. Here are some pictures if you are curious of the beauty we are all forced to live in.

Levi is a fantastic property manager. No notes/no comments. Could not be better.

Lived here for a year, would advise anyone to not sign the lease. Pros: The building itself is convenient in terms of location. The Indian restaurant down the street is pretty good. Cons: Terrible security - my car + several others have ended up with windows smashed and items stolen despite the fact there is a gated garage. Management has done nothing to fix this in the slightest. Awful management - careless, lazy and makes getting anything done an extensive process of jumping through hoops (took over a month 1/2 to get a door replaced). Terrible service is putting it lightly. Save yourself the headache and frustration and don't move here.
