Palms at Dothan Apartments

I am satisfied with how well I was treated in the office. My whole process with renting a apartment was easy. I would recommend these apartments to family.

This is how we moved into a “ freshly renovated apartment” . These people are a joke. They ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. I went 7 days without a shower during the holidays, had family visiting had to end up Paying for a HOTEL so me & my family could take showers!! Also went 7 months with my front window broke ( which it was like that when we moved in) My Unit is covered in BLACK MOLD due to a/c leak. My A/c was manufactured in 1983!!! PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE !! Code enforcement needs to be Called ASAP!! Photos are from our a/c unit closet and under near our stairs !!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Phones never answered, maintenance is never done, we had no hot water for over a year! No AC for over a year. My back door was kicked in, constant crime going on, so many different issues with bugs, lawn care never tended to, my car was constantly messed with (broken into, scratched or dinged) avoid the headache pick literally any where else. Leaving was the best option possible. Office makes promises to fix issues and never does. 0/10

Thé property is very beautiful, l highly recomemend it for living. Thé staff very friendly .l give it 10 out of 10
