Palmetto Pointe Apartments

If you want to pay for a place where there is NO quiet enjoyment!! And the neighbors don’t care This is it ! Apartments are very poorly constructed so when someone lives above you and have no regards to someone living underneath them, it gets very difficult ! You have to pay rent and can’t even sleep, or have any quiet enjoyment and this is ongoing!!! Management is limited on what they will do , cops are called and nothing happens ! The apartments are decent but if you can’t get any peace it’s not worth it !! I’m Trying to move immediately and I read reviews ! Just wished someone would have mentioned the noise in the reviews prior to me moving in , so here you go for those in need of knowing

It’s quite perplexing and disheartening to realize that as a resident, one can’t effectively communicate with the property manager of Palmetto Pointe, where consistency and professionalism have lacked since the property’s existence.It’s crucial to have someone adept at multitasking or to hire additional assistance to ensure that residents’ needs and concerns are addressed promptly and respectfully. No resident should feel disrespected or brushed off. The tone used by property manager was extremely out of pocket It’s not what is said, but also how it’s communicated that matters. Residents may occasionally have time-sensitive issues that need addressing but they shouldn’t be sidelined or met with street-like attitudes. Property Manager Lydia has been nothing more than acomidating, professional and has the best customer service. My move has been easy stress free and me and my kids are more than happy to be living at Palmetto Pointe Apartments. We love how the rooms are so spacious, have high ceilings and large living room. I'm happy they are also only 15 minutes away to Clearwater, St Pete and Tampa. The property has a community room, fitness room and craft room. We are truly excited to be living in such a beautiful apartments.

I think it's interesting for the reply to the last review was to call. The # they give you, they don't ever pick up, when you want to leave a message the voicemail is full. I have tried for over a week to call. I have called at different hours in the day. No one ever answers and the voicemail is always full. I tried chatting on the website. The first person marked me as a tenant when I was told her I was trying to call the office and no one pic up. The next person I talked to acted like the place already had people living there. They don't. It hasn't even opened yet. Day after day I was told I would receive a call. I still haven't and it's been maybe 3 weeks at this point. I feel very fortunate live here. Just renewed my lease for another year. The maintenance man, Ken, is prompt and a hard worker. They only have 1 guy. They need another person in maintenance. Trash shutes are too small. Trash room is messy sometimes because people just leave their trash bags on floor. Some people throw there Trash, i.e., candy wrappers, fast food containers, and diapers in parking lot. Wanna slap their moms. U all raised in a barn?
