nice and safe place to live at, I had the best experience living at Bayou Point, they were always attentive to the few needs at the time I lived here. Luke was always helpful when needed, If you're a good neighbor, you will not have any inconvinients at Bayou Point.

Great experience with Bayou. Though I was on for lease purposes only. When I did visit I found it very pleasant. If there was a maintenance issue, everything was handled timely. Great management staff. My daughter enjoyed her 3 years there. Thank you!

This is one of the friendliest places I have ever lived in! Arium Bayou Point staff is so thoughtful and fun to be around. I have attended multiple events such as a luau in the summer and wine and paint night in the fall, plus they create personal relationships and always check in to say hi. The Maintenance staff is very friendly as well! I have fun pictures I’m going to attach to this once I figure out how to 🤔 Might have to add from my computer. Our journey involved touring numerous apartment complexes, and we were fortunate to discover Bayou Point, which stands out impressively. The complex is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the apartments are newly renovated. Most importantly, it feels very safe, which is a significant consideration for us.
