I can't recall a time in any other rental property where my contact at the property management company was so responsive. I felt like I had a direct line to Rob at any time. If I ever had an issue, he had somebody there to take care of that issue immediately. Always very responsive, even to simple questions via text or email even. We rented for 2 years and had zero complaints or issues. We're actually kind of disappointed we won't have their support in our new home. Thank you, Rob.

OK. I've been renting from Broderick & Associates nearly 5 years and everytime I've reached out to them in regards to any maintenance issues, etc...they are prompt, courteous and professional. If I have any questions I simply pick up the phone call & Ms. Ruth is attentive & caring. Ms. Bobbie is nice & friendly gets on any issues right away, the maintenance staff LeAnn (I don't know the names of the others, sorry) are pleasant kind considerate & they come in and get the job done & cleanup after themselves. If I had any concerns it would be to see some of the units upgraded but I understand times are tough right now for everyone and I'm sure that this is something they'd like to do in the future too but in the mean time I have a roof over my head, my neighbors and I watch out for one anoth

I rented from them for 2 years and wish I had known about them prior. Their ultimate goal is to not give deposits back. They had some contractor to clean out the house I lived in which didn't need cleaning. I got my certified mail from them stating they're keeping my deposit with a list of bogus things they're charging me for down to "cleaning a ceiling fan". I'm not going to drop names but I will say, it's best that no one rent from these people. I dropped by the house to see what the problem was according to the list they're charging me for and a couple was there cleaning it out. I took a look inside and one of the couple (not knowing I was the person lived there) said that whoever lived here was very clean. Brandon is amazing! I needed to find tenants fast after my previous tenants lost their jobs due to the panademic and had to break their lease early. I reached out to Brandon for help because I didn't think I could do it on my own. Brandon had qualified tenants and a signed lease WITHIN A WEEK. And he took care of everything. The agreement, the cleaning, the money. I was handling it all on my own before but I am so happy I'm working with Brandon now. He's made my life so much easier! Highly Recommend!!!!!

Honestly one of the worse companies I’ve ever had to rent with. In the beginning with our 1st property manger things were fine then when the new one came in everything went from bad to horrible, our apartment had consistent problems with rats coming into our kitchen and eating our food, German cockroaches in every corner they could find, mold and insulation coming through our air vents and the list goes on. The property manger either dismissed it or blamed me as the tenant (when I was paying out of pocket to remedy the issues myself) for all of these issues and go on a childish rant. There’s so much wrong with this rental company I could go on and on but please don’t wast your time with these people, they treat you professionally at first but once you sign that last you’ve basically signed
