Palmer Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE. One star is too many. They are super unprofessional and rude. Moving out was a nightmare. Parking situation is horrible. We reported problems and they were never fixed, such as grout falling and crumbling from the tile in the shower. Our apartment was not cleaned at all before we moved in and smelled like smoke and marijuana. I genuinely enjoyed the people who lived there but the management is not it.

The apartment is close to the Ogden junction with in walking distance and on the same block with mid-town community health center. The cost went up but the reasoning is beyond my insight. The management works over in a local apartment in Roy. Over all the building has been renovated to a reasonably nice place. The parking is limited to 1 car and the driveway is nestled back a ways. There is a gate with code entry. Laundry has been removed with no word on possible return. There is however a good laundromat right around the corner. The community is pleasant and I enjoyed my neighborhood.

The new management is super great very helpful took time and answered all my questions and explain everything to me there very nice an understanding work well with me.

I love living here!! Its a very homey complex! No problems ever really. Its quiet & peaceful here. I have 3 kids and wish it was a little more kid friendly but thats no big deal theres tons of parks just around the corner!

Worse experience I’ve ever had. We had an agreement for an extension and didn’t know they switch owners till we got a 3 day notice. When I called about it, they told me the new owners wouldn’t honor the agreement. And when I called saying I smell mold in my room, it took over a week to get someone out for them to not do anything but tell us they’ll come back with equipment to dry it, that took over a week. By the time we left, a month after living in that mold, it was never resolved.
