We would not recommend working with Kelly Horry or his brokerage. At our first meeting, we were asked to sign an exclusivity agreement. While the contract was generally reviewed, the exclusivity portion was not clearly explained. When we later requested a copy, there was noticeable delay in receiving it. Communication throughout the transaction was inconsistent. Despite repeated requests to include both of us in communications, he frequently contacted only one of us and never saved my husband’s number, which led to missed calls and unnecessary confusion. There were multiple contract preparation errors, including an incorrect property address, missing negotiated terms, and vague or unrefined language.
