Palisades at Arundel Preserve

We had some maintenance work that needed to be done (mostly to our fridge and dishwasher) and Victor came up and got both tasks done (didn’t take long at all!) and me and my wife are happy with the work performed and all previous work Victor has done in the past with our requests and I look forward to it when it’s him. He’s a great guy, very knowledgeable and has even taught us some things. I appreciate all of the maintenance team and the hard work they do but Victor is one of the best!

I’ve been living at Palisades for not even half a month, and everything has been absolutely wonderful! The community is friendly, and every staff member I’ve met has been incredibly responsible and helpful (I’m still working on remembering everyone’s names, so I won’t list them just yet 😄). I do want to give a special shout-out to Jay — from choosing the apartment to moving in, she has helped us so much and made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. Truly appreciate her support! The living environment here is extremely comfortable, and the location is super convenient — close to BWI, Costco, PetSmart, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, and many more. Highly recommended! ❤️

My family and I absolutely LOVED living at the Palisades of Arundel for the past 5 years. I am moving out of state for work, so the full onsite staff Andre, Elisha, Jaye, Kevin and Amber as well as all maintenance staff will be missed. You all go over and beyond to make your residence feel welcomed and appreciated. So perspective applicants, if you’re reading this make the great decision to call Palisades your home today!. I lived here for 2.5 years and had a great experience. Maintenance guys, Victor and Alfonso, are always so helpful. Front desk staff Elisha and others are always nice. Andre and Kevin are also great. I would choose to live here again if I ever decide to rent in the area! Thanks for an amazing team of people!

A very clean and highly maintained property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The amenities are well kept and available most of the time. Friendly neighbors, spacious floor plans, an active social calendar, pet friendly. The Palisades has it all.
