Dartmoor Place at Oxford Square

Outstanding service all around! I’ve had the privilege of working with Tiffany, and she was absolutely exceptional. She was professional, attentive, and dedicated every step of the way. I’m so happy to be moving here. Her team was just as amazing. Chantelle and Adam were incredibly helpful and welcoming. This group is a true dream team, and Dartmoor Place is lucky to have them. Highly recommend!

Tiffany was incredibly helpful throughout our visit to Dartmoor. She gave a wonderful tour and provided thorough information about the property (which is beautiful!) and even took the time to walk us through everything again when we brought a family member to view the apartments. She was patient, knowledgeable, and highly professional, making sure we were aware of all the amenities and fully understood our options. The property itself is wonderful, and Tiffany’s friendliness and genuine willingness to help made the experience even better.

I visited this apartment community last week and had a really good experience overall. The property was clean, well kept, and had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Tiffany and Chantelle were both super helpful and professional, they answered my questions clearly and made the visit feel relaxed instead of rushed. Adam was also great to work with and very knowledgeable about the community. I also want to shout out the maintenance team. They were responsive, polite, and it was clear they take pride in keeping the property in good shape. Overall, it was a positive experience and definitely a place I’d recommend checking out if you’re considering this area.🙂

Living at Dartmoor Place has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The staff is completely incompetent and blatantly lazy. Maintenance tickets are constantly marked as “completed” when no one has even bothered to show up. It’s pure negligence. My tires have been stolen twice, and other residents have had entire vehicles stolen from the lot. And what does management do? Absolutely nothing. They refuse to hire security, refuse to install a fully enclosed garage, and offer no solutions—just empty promises and excuses. They do not care about your safety, your property, or your well-being. This place is a total scam run by people who shouldn’t be trusted to manage a lemonade stand, let alone an apartment complex. Stay far, far away. Property management and building are fantastic. There was a lot of issues leftover from the previous company management and they came inside and turned it around. Fantastic place to live and reccomend all around. Adam and Chantelle specially are great at what they do.
