I been staying is this apartment for years, I pay over $1900, somebody broke into my apartment about awhile back. I asked them to replace the door and the door frame, all they did was change the lock, I pay over 1900, I told the manager I wanted them to replace the door and the door frame, she said she will come and look, when I got home the door frame and the door was never changed. , I didn’t bother arguing with them why they didn’t change the door frame and the door itself. Every night when I go to sleep, I have to put a my couch against the door. When I moved here few years ago, different management, different maintenance crew, everything was perfect. Few month ago I got a note at the door saying the maintenance crew will be at my apartment, for routine inspection. But I don’t know wha
I have lived at Lynn Hill since November 2018. Most of the time they have been OK. Not this time. In the middle of the night on 2/10/26 about 2 am, my heat quit working. Emergency service was called and a tech came out to look at it. The A/C unit needs to be replaced and he brought 2 space heaters in the meantime. I called the leasing office when they opened and asked the status. The person I spoke with had the customer service skills of a snail. It was obvious in my voice that I have the flu. The person behaved like I was asking to have a light bulb changed and advised they would let me know when their contractor could replace it. I just received a text that the tech will be out on 2/18/26 to replace the unit. Immediately, I called Maryland Management and spoke with the who hand
do not recommend. crooked company. charging me 3 grand for a new fridge, new carpet, and a clean out. 1. the carpet was used and cleaned when i moved in. now they want me to pay for new? 2. i told Robert Doss at Riverside Apartments where i lived, for a whole month that i needed a new fridge. i was on the top floor. thats their neglect, not mine. 3. it was employee housing, gave me and my girlfriend 5 days to get out. for the first 3, we thought we were going to be sleeping in our car. we’re now bumming at her moms house. you really expected us to take the furniture?? not only do they neglect tenants, but employees too.
If i could leave 0 stars i definitely would, after reading the reviews my experience this morning seems like a reoccurring issue. The person i was connected with due to an emergency call because the unit next door was leaking water into our unit made it seem as if it was our fault. I called at about 7:37am for the emergency maintenance line they said someone would be out “quickly”, they proceeded to follow up with another call at 7:50am to reassure me someone was coming out before 8:30am, I decided to call at 8:45am because at this point no one has shown up (as water is pouring into the unit and it’s not the first time this has happened). I call the direct number for property management help but the lady who answered was extremely rude, sarcastic and unprofessional as said in every single
My mom lived at one of their properties, and received some of the worst customer service she has ever experienced. Management was horrible, the staff rude and impolite. If she asked questions it was met with sarcasm and attitude. There was water damage in her unit (not caused by her) but they charged her to replace the entire carpet. They said the carpet had a 5yr warranty even though my mom lived there for 4yrs. She considered moving to one of their sister properties but knew people that lived there who complained about roaches and mice. They also refused to prorate her rent when she wanted to move out before the end the month. Instead, they said she was responsible for the entire month no matter when she moved. They did a walkthrough of her unit prior to her moving out, said everything was
