I have lived here going on 3 years. It has been wonderful. The grounds are kept beautiful and clean. The office Manager Sandy is amazing and a pleasure to work with. She is a kind and thoughtful person. Sandy goes above and beyond her job duties to make everyone feel welcome and really takes pride in keeping this place safe and clean for everyone. She addresses your needs and if anything at all needs repairs she is right on top of it. I love that each unit has a front and back door with security doors on both so you can keep your doors open on nice days and let fresh air in with no worries.

This is a wonderful place to live. The management is great with the residence. Repairs are done fast when needed. They are friendly to disabled people and veterans. My son has lived there for almost 9 years with no issues I'm very grateful to the property manager they have been amazing right from the beginning.. there's no property managers now and they have been just as wonderful as the previous property managers. Thank you for everything ☺️

BED BUGS AND BAD MANAGEMENT! RUN! Please please please don’t rent here. Recurrent issues with bed bugs and roaches. Management was awful and lost my rent check one month. AC/Heat system is awful. Boiling hot in the summers and freezing in the winters. Whatever you do do not rent here

Nice manager, Sandy. Refreshing pool. Green ground cover on the lines of clovers. Beautiful. Well manicured, thin and very tall, palm trees. Colorful plants everywhere. Front and back door with covered parking. Laundry room available. I saved the best for last, UTILITIES INCLUDED!

HI!! I'm so Happy that we have New Management as of the Beginning of this Year. Our Manager is Sandy Grijalva and She is Great!! She is Warm, Nice and Helpful! She is Welcoming and Approachable and since She just Started, things are getting done!. Ive lived here over the past 10 Years and she is the Best, Bar none! She is No nonsense when it comes to finishing Work Orders and accomidating her Guests, That's what I feel like, a Guest!! I'm so looking forward to the coming Months because Positive things are in the Works! Please give us a try, you won't Regret it! Pleased Tenant, Molly
