Major Pest Issues. Management did not do anything to help. We found 3 house MICE in our unit on the first floor. We let the office know about the situation, but someone came in and only took a quick look and left without doing anything. We end up put our own mouse traps and caught 3 MICE, without any help from the office or pest control. We decided to move out and found way better price and a lot cleaner apartment in the nearby area. This apartment complex is dirty, unhelpful & unprofessional management. They only care about getting you to sign their lease and take money out of you from their overpriced units.

I moved into this apartment and was floored that I could see the ocean from my room. The environment is beautiful, the way of life is easy, and if you can afford it, worth the investment. My roommates became non-compliant with paying rent, and while I was in fear of being evicted, losing my housing, and being forced out of state, the staff took extra care to assure that we could find a way out of the lease without losing it all. I am forever grateful to the human experience I had with the staff who I would bug repeatedly to see how to solve my problem, and they actually worked to solve it.

We have lived here for 10 months and don't feel like we even need to take a vacation. Living here is like staying at a time share!! Anita and Gino in the management office take care of us like we are their spoiled kids. Attending to any request we have had. We had ants at one point and an exterminator was at our front door within 24 hours and we have not seen an ant since. There is no smoking allowed in public areas in Santa Cruz and the apartment complex is supportive. Even allows our pets. We are in heaven. Our third floor apartment with all the amenities including a view of the ocean and pool. Would recommend this complex to anyone. Especially if you like high ceilings, walking to the ocean or having a horse you want to keep close by at the ranch next door. We are so happy to hav

Expensive but by far the best place to live in Santa Cruz. None of the headache required living in a rented home. It's very easy to apply and get approved. The front office staff is friendly, eager and helpful. The maintenance staff is experienced and courteous. The complex has a pool and an adequate gym, which I utilize fully. It is close to campus and Safeway. The only real downside is that the material used in construction is not that sound proof. If you're not living on the top floor then excess sound may become an issue, especially when your neighbor never sleeps before 3am and likes to move around a lot.

I give full credit for its nice and helpful staffs, they helped me solved a neighborhood noise issue, with their best enthusiasm to keep a quite resident living experience. Leasing office is open 7 days a week, I can always pass by if I had any issue. I was once locked out, and the maintenance guy responded so quickly than expected, without any impatience whatsoever.
