Response regarding misinformation and tenant rights I am an actual resident of this property and have lived here for over 11 months. I am a disabled combat veteran living with my elderly father. Multiple residents at this property are disabled individuals and veterans placed here through the VA and HUD-VASH programs. For clarity, the individual who posted a recent comment attacking tenant complaints does not appear to be a resident of this property, based on publicly available review history that reflects activity in other states, including Idaho. Their post contains factual inaccuracies and does not reflect the lived experience of tenants currently residing here. I love this place. Its close to the university and other stuff. Its in a great location. Management is amazing. They recently got a new property manager and I must say what a difference. Shes very helpful and you can definitely see the improvements around the complex. To the person that has been complaining about noise and other ridiculous non important things: lol come one dude, it is apartment living. If you do not like it, move out and get a house. Im sure Management would love to see problem/complaining tenants leave. Get a life and stop trying to make others miserable just because you are. Thats a male Karen for sure. The current property manager has been in place for several years, not recently replaced.
