His breadth and depth of knowledge in Gold Beach and the surrounding communities is obvious. He knows the inspectors. He knows the relevant government parties. He knows who to call to get work done. He has a very good sense of value. He knows when to push and when to let something go. I received a response from him within a few minutes every single time I texted him. He always followed up when he said he would. In summary, he makes it incredibly easy to buy a house. If you’re looking for an agent, he’s the one.

Matt Wegner doesn't do his research on the properties he lists. He will tell you everything is permitted when it is NOT! Be careful you don't get burned by this dishonest agent like I did!
