CENTURY 21 Agate Realty: Mary Stansell

My wife and I have purchased over 26 properties and of all of our transactions, working with Mary was our worst experience. I told her that we wanted to put together an offer but we had a couple of easy questions for her which she never did answer. Because timing is everything in real estate after 5 days I could not wait for her to respond to our questions even though she was our limited buyer's agent so I told her forget the questions just put an offer in. After the offer was in I didn't hear from her for about 4 days so I called her. She told me, you don't need to call me, as soon as I hear something you'll be the first person I tell. Well, that wasn't true. I followed up a week later with another phone call that went to her voicemail. And how does she respond? With a text. That says, oh

Mary has been wonderful to work with as a buyers agent. We've been to the area 4 times looking at all available properties within our guidelines. We shall see as we put in our offer.
