Pacific Breeze Properties LLC

We have used Pacific Breeze to manage our home for about six years. We have been very happy with them. They hold a hard line on some things in an environment that can be pretty lax. My observation is that there are more sketchy renters out there than one might expect and they have to be very firm and clear. They do background and credit checks and have pet policies. It seems some people take issue with that but we’ve had great renters and good experiences, and our renters have been happy with their experiences.

UPDATE : No I wasn’t a tenant, My sister was at Alii cove condos (KK1) and I visit them for 2 weeks last may, the whole time they were waiting for you guys to fix the AC! Just talked to her and you guys didn’t care to fix problems quick but were fast to rip off money out of their pockets, including the $125 AC appointment they didn’t make and because they requested vent cleaning before switch on the AC. The called no show appointment. The property manager knew their 8 yo son has asthma, you guys are careless people. I call that poor management, bad customer service! Do you need more details or pictures? I have more!

UPDATE: WE DIDNT WANT ADDITIONAL CLEANING! We were expecting to arrive to a home that was clean, and you say you have receipts, but it’s obvious you didn’t actually inspect the place prior our scheduled and agreed upon move in date. this only shows poor management. I have picture evidence of hair and mold in the bathtub, sticky orange juice on the kitchen floor, and a 2008 concrete like AC filter you said on a email would be changed before our arrival! And the list go on! I was even onboard with all the fees at the end. All the $1000...I even thought lets go and forget about it... I have never given a bad review to anyone before, but what made me consider warning others was the fact that you thought it was ok to deduct also the $125 fee for the AC appointment from our deposit, it was part
