This place was phenomenal. The views alone are spectacular. Sundown, sunrise middle of the day. Lush landscape Just beautiful. We loved every second of this beautiful home. Well equipped with everything you need. Grilling out and sitting on the lanai and playing games in the evenings was one of our favorite s at this home. We cant wait to come back.

Honestly would stay away from this company if you have questions. Realtor was always busy or never had cell coverage or didn't want to make in offer on a property just a waste of time. Ended up finding a different agent that answers all the questions. If you've never bought a property in Hawaii before and you have questions stay away from them.

We had a wonderful stay at Hali’i Kai. The condo was clean, spacious, quiet and had a beautiful golf course view. Perfect for a family of 4. Adriana was a pleasure to work with. There is a book with all the local sites and info. Beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas and coolers were provided for beach days. We enjoyed the pool and Ocean Club restaurant especially at sunset. We can’t wait to go back.

Thank you LUVA! The check-in process was easy, and Adriana took care of us. She quickly offered beach chairs and boogie boards, which arrived our 1st night. The property is amazing! We travel often, and this unit was fabulous! Some reviews have said it's far from the pool, which is true, but no problem! It's close to everything else, and only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. The photos do not do this property justice. We used the community grills, dined on our lanai, spent hours at the pool (which is beautifully landscaped), and enjoyed the grounds. I'd highly recommend staying here. Mahalo!

This was a fabulous home for our family for a week in beautiful Kona! Spotlessly clean and well equipped in every way. Adriana was more than helpful and accommodating. The home is laid out perfectly for a large family or mixed group creating spaces to convene or separate as we chose. Very quiet and lovely gated neighborhood with spectacular views from extensive verandas or spa/pool!! Thank you 😊
