Associa Hawaii

Associa Hawaii went above and beyond helping our community, KaMilo on the Big Island navigate the condo insurance crisis many communities are facing this year. With their help we were able to shift our community to homeowner policies savings our owners thousands of dollars in monthly dues and avoiding a special assessment. Karin, our community manager worked tirelessly with our Board to get this done in a few short weeks. We had an Ownership title change and Sarah took care of it soup to nuts. She also answered phone calls and emails very timely an with such a pleasant demeanor! How nice!

I called the Associa Kailua, Kona office in the morning to ask for my 2023 monthly statements to be emailed & also asked to change my email address…didn’t get much help. I was given a # to call to change my email address but it was a wrong #; also I was forwarded to speak with someone else re statements but had to leave a VM. I needed the statements to file my taxes so I called again in the afternoon & relayed my questions to Sarah Duarte, who answered the phone. She was was able to help me with my requests while on the phone. Sarah was very friendly, efficient & has great customer service! Mahalo~Sarah

Sarah D. is highly responsive and always positive and upbeat. She is so quick in replying to emails and requests it is as though she replies before I even hit the 'send' button. Sarah is a true Assoccia Hawai'i asset.

Their Community Manager, Leah is horrid. Condescending, partiality shown to certain directors, gaslighting governing documents, advising incorrectly when it suits her. Never buy a condo in Big Island, if Associa is the managment company.
