The absolute worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. The management is completely unprofessional and they do not care about their residents whatsoever. Homeless people will camp out near the dog park area from off the highway and management doesn’t do anything about it. If you call the emergency maintenance number nobody will answer, and they won’t apologize for it. Do not rent here.

I love my home. I have lived here through three different owners . I can honestly say our new owner that we have in here today are totally awesome. They keeps the property up and clean, and anytime you put a order in for maintenance they are prompt to fix your problem and fix it right. I love the location and I love the cleanliness and fairness of our owners. I can honestly say, I have never called them that they did not help with whatever I'm calling about. I give Ozarks Sky Apartments a 5 rating. I love living here and will live here as long as they allow. So come on out to Ozark Sky Apartments they are apartments that you can call home.

On October 13th someone tried to maneuver over the balcony railings and break into my apartment while I was home. I live on the top floor. The guy was illegally living with his girlfriend 4 floors under me. I will say Branson PD was amazing! Their 911 operator stayed on the phone with me, while I had locked myself in the back bathroom, and 2 officers were there within 5 minutes. After a brief description, they had the guy in handcuffs within 10 minutes. I had to identify him from the balcony and he was arrested for felony harassment and stalking (he tried to enter my apartment previously when I was going down to my car for a second trip of groceries). I went in front of Judge Ehmy who gave me a restraining order against the guy, even though they could not find him to serve him. I notified

Long read, but worth it if you want to know what you may possibly be signing up for. We’ve had problems since the day we moved in. When we got our keys and walked in, we quickly realized we were paying way too much for what we were receiving. Every single room in the apartment had major scratches, floor boards bowing, and cracked. There was no trim around the base of any cabinet in the place. When they repainted, they got paint all over the kitchen cabinets and floors, pieces of painters tape left all over the floor, toilets were stained from the previous tenants, showers were disgusting, 2 different colored laundry doors, kitchen faucet leaking from the base, missing outlet cover, lightbulbs out, found a dab cart left in a cabinet, and the smell was horrible. I called the office that day
