New owners are money hungry and there's a list of reasons why you don't want to rent from them. I couldn't even move out without them making false charges. Now, I'll have to dispute it with the credit beauro.

So the last big snow storm we got the snow was almost to our knees in the parking lot , stairs and sidewalks quite a few tenants including wife and I put in a work/maintenance order with pictures asking if they could plow and salt the parking lot ! I did get a hold of Jennifer assistant manager and said they are working diligently and said we were next for snow removal ! They never came of course 2 weeks later my wife gets a text from frontier management confirming the work order was completed they never touched it or salted some tenants are not as fortunate as wife and I to be able to get out with their vehicle providing we have a tall vehicle ! By the way it took about 2 weeks for the sun to finally melt the 3 inches ice across the parking lot and side walks to melt away 🤦

Has been taken over by Frontier Property Management. Rent has been raised, property maintenance isn’t taken care of in a timely manner.
