10/10 recommend using a Wade especially if your life was as crazy as mine what with being in the military and having multiple events going on at the same time between life/work/responsibilities. I was at a school when we started looking for a house and starting our home loan process. When we started with wade we had an idea of what we wanted but no way to go house hunting for ourselves what with me been in another state for training and my wife’s work life being so hectic and demanding.
