Gene Azarskis a great Real Estate Agent. He goes up and beyond what your expectations are. He is always working for you. He listed 5 properties for me and he worked those properties thru each step from the listings thru the closings. I live in Washington State which makes real estate transactions a little more complicated. He worked really close with the title companies to make sure they had everything they needed so the transactions went smoothly. His communications with me were excellent. Gene was very helpful during the months the house was listed. We live several states away from my mother's house and he kept a close eye on the house, coordinated some repairs, carpet cleaning and donation of furniture. He was very pleasant to work with and the house sold in four months. Everything was very easy--we were able to close without traveling back to Missouri. Thank you, Gene!
