We are concerned about the rent going up $25.00 every year. We have never heard of this before. It's getting very expensive to stay out here especially for Senior citizens 🙃 We have called Mr.Frank about our concerns and he has not returned our phone calls
My kids and I have been living at Oxford Planation for about 3 yrs. When we first moved in we didn’t have many Issues. The current Property Manager has got to be the worst one yet. We don’t have a Maintenance Man!!!!!
On Friday Night my AC went out. I called 3 times and left 3 messages on the Emergency Maintenance Line. No One called or got out to my apartment
I have been trying to get an apartment out here for years worked a wonderful job but I have been here in this miserable home with a man that does not help raise me with my infant and older child and it’s like I’m stuck here cause it seem to not have any openings anywhere it’s hard to get in touch with the office and to get any feed back every time I do an application and I have been doing a lot it’s like it get over looked.
Seem like a nice and quiet area
