Oxford House Apartments

I lived here for over two and a half years. Place was roach infested, of course. I had to take care of that quick. The rent raised up for the second time in two years. John the landlord is a nice man. That's the best part about this place. My neighbors however were the worst, complaining about everything around them, and I don't want to hear them. Tell them to mind their business. I went though six neighbors moving in and out every six months or a year. My worst neighbor would come out and scream at my husband to shut up, it's his property and he needed to respect it. (Mind you, he was renting the apartment right next to us, screaming at his girlfriend.) The neighbor we used to have, would call the cops every week to start trouble with everyone, and outside smoking marijuana. I cannot take

Lived there for almost a year and a half from March 2011-July 2012, and I have mixed feelings about it. Neighborhood is atrocious, ghetto as all hell and the apartments look bad from the outside but they're not too bad inside. The people that lived on my side were the worst thing about it. Building on the left side would have 8-15 people just hanging out in the parking lot after they got off work, blasting music with their strong bass. Building on the right side of me would have some lady pull up and just blare her horn to let the people inside know she was there. Because it was so terribly inconvenient for her to get her overweight @$$ out and go knock on the door. When I would walk my dog through the park I'd have to keep a close eye because there were always random fried chicken bones l

If you're strapped with nowhere to go, then they're ok. Lived there like 8 years ago and had quarter operated laundry machines in the unit lol. They also tried stealing the deposit but maybe times have changed since way back.

The gringo maintenance man such an amazing guy! The leasing office manager is a great guy!

Only down side is tons of Roaches . People are very nice church going. No drama no troubles while I was there.
