My experience with Owens Realty Group was very positive. Found numerous homes to visit and Ian spent as much time as I needed in each. The search was over a five-month period to find a home that met my requirements. We visited new listings on short notice when needed because of hot market conditions. Ian was good at scheduling numerous houses during the beginning of the search when more houses were listed.

We were recommended to Ian Holston by colleagues. It was a good experience working with Ian. We required remote house touring and Ian was very helpful with taking us on virtual tours and answering our many questions especially since we were unfamiliar with the area. After we closed on the house, Ian went above and beyond to help us with coordinating with repairmen to get estimates to have some work done around the house. We appreciate Ian's patience, professionalism, and help. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I recommend them especially for out-of-state house-hunters as well.
