Owens Greene

Bldg is not being kept clean, work orders are not being taken care of all due to the fact that manager and maintenence are taking care of 2 building's. There are alot of leaks in building causing g black mold to grow. It is very embarrassing to have family and friends come visit because of it being so unkept. Residents are not allowed to make this bldg. a home with flowers outside. The grounds are not taken care of. There are weeds growing everywhere. Bushes need trimmed. The mesh that was used under the grass is showing people are tripping on it. There are alot of us that would like to have the apartment painted with semi gloss anything but the flat paint because stains, dirt, marks will not come off. Very nice apartments here at Owens Greene the manager is very helpful and very friendly always greets you and ask how you are doing she is doing a wonderful job.......I just wish we were allowed to have a gazebo or something for cover for us people that smoke would be a great blessing ....I love it here at Owens Greene 😌

The apt setup is great especially the Handicapped accessible units. Ava the property manager is Awesome !

Loving my new apartment. Serena(Manager) went above and beyond to help me through the application process. Even though I was transitioning from one property it was still a long process for me. She has been nothing but amazing to me. Thanks Serena for caring and being patient.

A lot of drama from a few prejudice tenants who came to my door banging and kicking on my door that being said the apartments are really nice but some of the people living in them not nice and their some are prejudice and the most important thing to them is their building great job Owen's Greene
