Labelle Greene I, II, III, & IV

Have been living here for almost 6 years now and have not had any complaints! Management does absolutely amazing at her job and never hesitates to take care of any issues you may have! She truly puts her undivided attention into this place and it does not go unnoticed! Would recommend living here or any of the other properties to anyone I know looking!

The weed and cigarette smoking is bad and people not picking up after there dog

They’re nice apartments for the area. Management comes and goes a lot, seems like they can’t keep employees. I do like that they want to keep their properties nice. The outside is always clean and groomed. They have clean up stations for your pets outside. However, there is no privacy. I’ve had maintenance unlock my door and walk in without notice. Inspections are monthly or more, sometimes not even occurring on the day they are supposed to. Problems aren’t dealt with unless it has to do with the overall appearance of the outside. I’ve been harassed by a neighbor for almost a year and she has damaged our property and vehicles. Unfortunately nothing has been done by management. Kids run wild with no supervision and theres a lot of crime. They’re decent apartments temporarily but not somewhe

I still live here and plan to live here for longer. Good facilities, friendly neighbors and staff. It’s a very clean place and the monthly inspections make living here fun. You should come check it out.

I’ve been here for 2 almost 3 years and I absolutely love it . I’ve never had any issues or problems! I love the management here they are great . If I ever need/needed anything fixed or repaired it was done in a timely manner!
