Great Staff! Very transparent and always got any issues fixed with the property done in a timely manner. When the heat went out in the winter they even accommodated me with heaters for the bedrooms. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move to Starkville.

If you are a college student or a veteran, I would be cautious about renting from Overstreet. In my experience, I found other apartment and rental companies in Starkville to be more accommodating. My experience with Overstreet was not as pleasant as I hoped. For those who may need to leave Starkville before the end of their lease—due to situations like graduation or work relocation—I would suggest looking into other companies in the area that may have more flexible policies for students. I was a tenant at Acadian apartments up until recently (July). I never leave reviews, (my apologies on the length) but this one is worth writing. If you should decide to rent from Overstreet and become a tenant at Acadian on N. Montgomery street: 1. I strongly suggest you purchase a good pair of noise canceling headphones. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear "everything". The units come with no carpet, so you will hear every step/move made if you live on the bottom floor, which at times -most times- was very frustrating. Quiet times are from 11p-7a, so I was appreciative of that policy 2.
