Overlook Village Apartments

I can tell you, considering i lived here, this is by far the worst place any person to live at. Not a single manager actually care about there job to the point where some people have had to take into there own hands to fix problems that otherwise SHOULD have been fixed via management. They can only be rude to you face to face, management cant do the one job they have and overall A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE ITS NOT WORTH THE $300 DOWN PAYMENT FOR YOUR PETS. If the assumed appartment you move into is slightly damaged before you even move in, you automatically loose your downpayment. I hope this helps the right people and thanks for listening😭🙏❤️

It a decent place to live. It got a small gym itje apartments are nice and the new manager and assistant manager and maintenance all do a great job .

Thought i would take a moment to defend the few negative reviews of Overlook Village Apartments that I have read- I could not ask for a better environment for my mom to call home. The saying “It takes a village,” couldn’t be more true in the case of Overlook Village- You could knock on just about any door and be greeted with a neighbor willing to help out, the kids all take turns walking our dog, Zeus, who is the unofficial mascot of the community and loved by everyone, and Jennifer is the greatest and most caring apartment manager I have ever met. Her and I haven’t always seen eye to eye, and for a long time, I disagreed with her policies and what most would consider “strict” rules. We seen this place in passing & looks great. And we have heard great things of these apartments. So we called... and Passed the Pre-screening (So excited) Ok So can anyone help with what we need? And Do we have to go to office to get an application? We really need a place ASAP. /// OK SO THIS WAS POSTED YESTERDAY 9-22-2025-- ABOUT 16 HRS AGO..IT IS 9-23-25. . I TAKE BACK ANYTHING GOOD I'VE SAID ABOUT THIS PLACE! I JUST CALLED TO CHECK ON STAT OF APARTMENT. THIS GIRL TOLD ME THERE WAS NO INFO ON ANYTHING SHOWING THAT WE EVER CALLED AND APPLIED!! It took almost 4 months of calling every business day to get a ground floor apt. Have your money and paperwork ready and get there first! This apt is HUGE. Each apt has laundry hookups so, no laundromat. Full rent is still lower than you can find for similar amenities. Yes, this place has all the mod cons and is one of the cheapest to be found, but there are 2 others in town just like it. I chose this complex because a) manager lived on-site, b) no obvious inoperable vehicles, and c) clean complex. Within a month that manager was gone and there has been a string of off-site managers ever since. SURPRISE, parking lot became a junkyard and trash is strewn throughout. Unfortunately, the 4 pieces of exercise equipment can only be accessed when the office is open but there's lots of floor spac
