Overlook Townhomes

Been here going on 4 years, its been ok- when we first moved here Vicky H. was the manager and words cant express how wonderful she was, than Carol C. She too was fantastic, sure miss them both as they put residence first and foremost, they were always available, either by phone or email. Leroy was the best maintenance guy, he knew how to repair, or fix anything the right way. Only thing wrong about living here is no on-site manager,and electricity is expensive, upstairs is always hot and vents are not standard size, and have these vent covers that don't allow full flow of air, so doesnt cool down, and you cant cook in the kitchen without sweating up a storm, if you open the back door you have flies, and insects all over, so wish they had screen doors at least in the back. Been living here for a few years now and it started out great but we've noticed a few major flaws. 1 the electric bill is outrageous and they wont allow screen doors to help with the saunaof a kitchen. 2 you can't move anything to clean without the linoleum tearing, even without moving anything to clean you can see where the cheap contractors jigsaw pieces of linoleum together, and the seems separate. 3 it usually takes a long time to get maintenance orders taken care of either because they are short staffed or because they got rid of thier best guy. 4 good luck trying to get ahold of someone in the office to address issues. 5 NO on site drop box for rent... makes it extremely difficult for those of us who are low income/ disabled to make it down to westlake main office to pay rent, and if

We moved in here in Feb of this year. Vicky H. Is the property manager here and there just isn't enough room on here to describe how truly wonderful she is! Jesse with maintenence is on top of his game. Vicky is a big asset to this company! All of our neighbors at this time are very nice and respectful. I am enjoying my unit and have settled in quite niceties.

Zero stars. Previous management and lower rent is what made this place better. When ConAm took over, they promised new renovations, AC install, and to give the place some TLC. And by these photos, this is what has happened. Cutting corners, AC install from hell, and a complete eye-sore to live at. Management does two things: lies to you or ignores you. Steer clear, this place is awful.

Management is unresponsive. You can never get a hold of them! The apartments are in bad shape and maintenance requests go completely unanswered. Don't bother with this place.
