In October 2024 I moved back to Tucson, AZ. I was looking for a place to call home. I found the Overlook at Pantano by chance as I was searching for an apartment community where I felt safe to express myself. In March of 2025 I signed my lease and moved in and I could not be happier. The amazing staff at Overlook really go above and beyond for the people that live in their apartments. The people that live their are hardworking, have families, and care about where they live. You hear children playing outside, music, laughter, and the smells in the air from people cooking instantly make you feel at home!! I’ve been there to visit my friend on numerous occasions and the management is nice. I decided not to put in my application because the grounds are covered with dog poop no matter where you go in that apt building. Every single time and I go weeks apart and months apart. There is fresh poop and old poop that look like rocks but they’re not. I’ve been there when the gardeners are there and the poop remains. Sometimes it’s on the sidewalk. It just grosses me out

This post is not necessarily about the apartment complex, but rather an individual who works at the front office. Ariana has been absolutely wonderful. She genuinely cares for the residents and goes above and beyond when something is needed. She listens and makes sure you are not just acknowledged, but feel valued as well. She moved into a management position and I truly believe that is a step forward for improving the apartments and the overall standard of care. Thank you for everything you have done for me personally!

I've had the best experience here at the Overlook at Pantano. Though it is a community, I have to be patient with work orders, trash pic up, dumpster cleanliness, and most of all, proper working laundry machines and appliances in my apartment. I see the maintenance TEAM working hard all around the complex till late hours in the evening, as well as early hours in the morning. It all does get worked on, and at the end of the day, I am satisfied. As far as roaches. I have none. I keep my apartment very clean, and I get it sprayed regularly. Thank you to the "Overlook at Pantano" office, maintenance, and management members.
