Overlook at Farragut

I wanted to recognize Elizabeth for the outstanding support she has provided at Overlook. She is one of the only managers, aside from Mark Ross (the regional manager who was temporarily here for a few weeks), who consistently takes residents’ concerns seriously and follows through until they are resolved. Within just two weeks of becoming a manager here, Elizabeth was able to resolve an issue I had been waiting months for previous managers to address. Elizabeth communicates clearly, checks back in to make sure everything is taken care of, and genuinely advocates for residents. Her professionalism and kindness have made a huge difference in my experience living here, and I truly appreciate how much she does for the people at Overlook.

Overlook at Farragut is an amazing community to live at! I highly recommend it. It’s a very quiet community, everyone is so kind, the amenities (gym, pool, dog park) are so nice and well kept. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and felt brand new when we moved in. There’s also beautiful Mountain views and being near turkey creek (has everything you could ever want) is so convenient. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move to Knoxville!!!

Apartment complex has continually gotten worse since we moved in ~4 years ago. Management went from nice and present to everchanging and absent. Completely useless too. Hope they get replaced by AI. Guarantee it'd do a better job. Also, loved all the "community raffles" where the whole budget for community activities was spent on TVs and gift cards only for friends and family of the management (who didn't even live here) to "somehow" end up winning (not a problem with the current manager, however). In the last year there has been an increase in loud music, marijuana fumes, and littering. Planning to leave as soon as our lease is up!

I have lived here over a year and I love this place. My apartment is awesome. The details in it are wonderful like the rainfall shower head and 9 ft ceilings. My utilities are very low and reasonable and the unit is amazing in being soundproof. The amenities just go on and on. I think you get a lot for your money here. Very pet friendly and pet oriented. They maintain the property like no others that I’ve seen. Just a fantastic place to live.

This place is super chill! Swimming pool is awesome and there's a outdoor kitchen. Pool table and gym with a sauna! Best place in town! Close to everything and there's a car wash!
