I moved into my new Ovation Hime just weeks ago. Mike Doyle was my contact throughout my building process. He kept me informed and answered any questions I had very quickly. During the first real windstorm (May 13, 2025) after our Ovation Homes fence was installed, 25% of the fence post caps blew off. I found all but one and put them back on. Since no one would expect that, I assumed the caps weren’t properly secured. There was no silicone dob on any side of the caps I found. I called Ovation Homes and was told to call the Ace Fence Company in Ogden who installed the fence. The nice woman I talked to on May 15, 2025 told me they always secure the caps with a dob of adhesive, and then I said they hadn’t on our fence. She then told me this was a warranty issue, and I had to call Ovation Homes and have them start the warranty claim. That was done, and I got no response from Ovation Homes.
