Francis Peak View Community Center

Would like to tell everyone about the ladies that work in the community center. Mrs. Hannah has been a very big help in my and my daughters lives she goes over and beyond to help with anything you need. She is amazing and doesn't get the recognition she deserves. Also the after school program with. Mrs. Katie that are a great help to our kids of this community so anytime you stop by to grab your mail or just walking past take a couple extra seconds stick your head in the door and just say thank you

I've lived here over 4 years now and loved it from the start. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very well kept and I have never had to worry about having anything stolen or damaged from my front porch either!! Big plus! Management is always on top of any issues and if something does happen to get left behind they take care of it as soon as you let them know. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. There is also a community center which is very helpful in many ways. I have lived in a few other apartment complexes and this one tops every other complex by far.

Great place to live . I came back to utah and try get back there but they claim I make to much. When i I didt make as much as they claim.. so I got lucky and found some other apts that are income restriction and I qualify there.. I don't think they do job right and pick who they want to live there. Mercy house for you

I love to have this place to learning and have fun with neighbors and friends!! Thanks Hannah for all that you do for us ♥️🌷

The apartments are really nice and are constantly getting updated. New floors, New faucets and oven burners!!
