I’ve had a great experience with the apartment manager. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests or concerns are handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property well-maintained and creating a positive living environment.

I want to give a shout-out to Shawn Rush at Francis Peaks Apartments. Shawn is extremely attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime something comes up, he listens, follows through, and makes sure it gets taken care of. It’s clear he takes pride in doing his job well and making the community a great place to live. Apartment complex won't allow a single rabbit because it's a "dangerous exotic" animal. Threatens eviction because maintenance is terrified. Won't fix appliances for years at a time but threatens to kick you out if your apartment is messy but not dirty, eg clothes on the couch, stuff on the counter, or towels in the floor in the bathroom. Posts notices about inspection and other important info the day before or days after you need to know.

I just moved in last weekend and I love it here! Even the 1-bedrooms are nice and big! This is so nice for low-income individuals! I understand that some people are having issues with the management here. Honestly, I never had a problem with them. They're really nice and have helped me to understand everything that I needed to do to manage my place. It's just a matter of you listening and taking responsibility like turning on bathroom fans so that the smoke alarms don't go off when you shower and looking for bedbugs in any used furniture. Once you know what you're doing, this place isn't so bad after all.

Mercy Housing stole money from me when I moved out. I was charged 90 bucks for a carpet cleaning fee. Well my apartment did not have any carpet it. That is theft I should not have been charged for something that did not apply to me.
