Ovation at Meeker

I was so excited to move in here! The apartment is just the right size for me and my two cats. I have a good sized balcony and am working out how to have my container garden, as there is no direct sunlight. The application process was fairly painless. You know, paperwork. Move in day was pretty smooth, although I was unaware of the "24 hour" notification I was supposedly supposed to give of the timing of my move in. The staff was very helpful and accommodating on that day. Negatives: Although this is a 55+ community, children are allowed to live here. Not what I was hoping for. There is a total lack of communication amongst staff and between the Office as a whole and the tenants. The "Community Meetings" we have had thus far, have amounted to nothing. Update: I changed my 5 ⭐️ to a 1 ⭐️ Update 0110/26 After filing a police report and sending numerous emails and making multiple phone calls without any response or resolution, I was informed yesterday by the Assistant Manager that he “does not have an answer.” And HART the Community Manager is busy at the beginning of the month to which I responded, this happened November 29th , 2025 The Community Manager, HART, has continued to ignore all emails and phone calls and has made no effort to address or resolve this matter. Due to the ongoing lack of communication and failure to take action, I am now escalating this issue to higher management for immediate review and resolution. For the time I've been here seems decent. Only thing is elevators seem to be down often and parking is not enough for all residents. They didnt make it big enough so when full which it is by 5 pm you have to park outside on the street if there's room. Also there are children here. Not sure why unless visiting but see them often. Staff is friendly and reasonable price. They could have a pool or hot tubs but don't. No one uses yoga room they could get rid of that. 4 out of 5 stars.

Bernard went above and beyond for my mother, and I, he spent plenty of time answering every single question we had. And made sure we were comfortable with all of our decisions and understanding the process. He was definitely a bright spot in a dark time for us and we couldn't be more thankful.

Gave notice to vacate in writing, have proof of it and still got slapped with an eviction. I was never contacted about my deposit and eventually months later, I got an email with a balance of nearly $4,000. Neither the property or corporate are being responsive. English is my 2nd language and I'm getting help in writing this. Response to Ovation's reply: No one with the manager email is replying back. HNN is not responding and no one seems to be willing to work with us and now we're in collections. I have emails and pictures with proof that you accepted our notice and that we gave you the keys on 12/21/24 - a date you picked because it was within 30 days of the notice.
