Lacy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire rental process at Osborn Estates Apartments. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful with all the paperwork, making everything smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all are questions and made sure we understood every step. Thanks to her, moving in was easy and pleasant. I highly recommend working with Lacy, she truly goes above and beyond!
I have lived in the apartment for 4 years. The property manager demonstrates reliable and professionalism when handling inquires or concerns. Have never had an issue with communication. Repairs and maintenance concerns are completed within reasonable time frames. Osborn Apartments are very well managed, great first place to call “home” and located in a great location.
Lived here for a couple years and have never had an issue with communication when something needed to be looked at. Good response time as well if something needed to be fixed. Very put together management and likes to service the property well.
Horrible management. Horrible place to live. This is the response of the landlord over multiple different issues.
